Accidents by Tracy Au c/o 14

An accident is an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, damage, or loss. So, there are many various accidents, such as car accident, cut you by accident, and some more.

On April 9th, three car accidents happened to kill a woman. I had no idea how did that happen 3 times in a row. So, I found some information about it. I hope you will pray for 3 or 4 people in heaven for car accident.

A car accident occurring on Texas State Highway 3, or Old Galveston Road, involved three cars and was allegedly caused by a tan GMC Envoy running a red light while going southbound. The Houston Police Department reported that the Envoy struck a westbound Honda Civic making a left turn onto the highway, and the Civic was pushed against an eastbound Isuzu Trooper that was making a left turn onto the highway in the opposite direction. Both the Honda and the Isuzu had green arrows, allowing them the right of way onto the freeway.

The passenger of the Isuzu was transported to a medical center to be treated for minor injuries, and the Honda driver was transported to a hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. The 22-year-old passenger of the Honda, however, was killed in the incident.

The driver of the Envoy was apprehended by Houston Police, but no charges were filed at this time; the Houston Police cannot press charges until the ongoing investigation is complete. It is not known whether or not the Envoy driver was under the influence of alcohol. The family of the victim may be able to open a wrongful death case claim.

In the case of wrongful death, the family of the victim may be able to seek financial compensation for the damages caused. The fatal motor vehicle accident could present financial and emotional burdens on the family. A personal injury lawyer may be able to assist those affected by such incidents by explaining the laws and attempting to collect financial compensation for injuries or wrongful death.
