Predictions for Spring Weather by Julian Martinez c/o 15

Spring is almost here, and how will the weather will be and look like for the entire country. March 20th, 2013 is the start of the Vernal Equinox, the First Day of Spring and that means that the Earth tilts to…halfway to where the sun is pointed.

Spring Weather means, get rid of the jacket, wear shorts instead of long pants, and t-shirts instead of long sleeves because the weather is going to be warm, unless you live in Florida or the valley of Texas, temperatures would be around the high 80s to even the lows 90s in these neck of the woods. It’s based on climate, blame on that instead. “Spring is coming, and I can’t wait until Winter to end,” said Anonymous #1. That’s the good side for Spring Weather; it’s equals to Spring Fever and Spring Break!

The Bad Side…Pollen and Severe Weather. Pollen, everyone’s allergic to it. Pollen produced by bees, they pollinate the flower, that’s all! But with the pollen going on, people kept going to the pharmacy to get medication like Claritin D or I don’t know…a doctor! Just don’t get infected and feel better. Severe Weather is another example for bad spring weather.

Why? El Nino could be the blame. Tornadoes spawn mixed with Hot air mixes with Cold air, wind spawn up creating a funnel cloud mixed with rotation and once the funnel cloud touches the ground, and bam! You got a tornado. The worst tornadoes that happened in history are the 1974 Outbreak and the 2011 Outbreak in Tuscaloosa, AL and Joplin, MO.

“Spring is going to be the death of me, I don’t like the pollen,” said Anonymous #2. So, my speculation for this year’s weather is Cray-Cray Weather mixed with “Please don’t start another drought!” Don’t take my word for it, Wait and find out yourself!
